Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video or proof of damage is required

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened products
• Products without original packaging
• Items returned without valid reason

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
